1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on WheresBae♥ ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WheresBae♥. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. What WheresBae♥ is

WheresBae♥ is a platform that lets users create a personal love CV accessible via a unique URL and QR code. Users may optionally purchase physical merchandise (a t-shirt and tote bag) with their personalized QR code printed on them.

3. Your account

Accounts are created using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information on your profile
• Keep your Google account secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@appdrop.io
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your profile content

You own the content you upload to your profile (photos, bio, etc.). By posting it, you grant WheresBae♥ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of the Service — for example, showing your profile page when someone scans your QR code.

You are solely responsible for your profile content. You agree not to post content that is:

• False, misleading, or impersonates another person
• Sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, or threatening
• In violation of any third party's rights
• Illegal under applicable Canadian or international law

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Merch orders

The $80 CAD merch bundle includes one (1) t-shirt and one (1) tote bag, each printed with your personalized QR code. By placing an order you agree to the following:

• Payment is processed by Whop. Their terms and refund policies also apply to your purchase.
• Fulfillment is handled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Typical processing time is 3–7 business days, plus shipping.
• Custom items — because your QR code is printed specifically for you, merch orders are non-refundable once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
• Shipping is included in the $80 CAD price. Applicable taxes may apply.

6. AppDrop and WheresBae♥ are separate products

WheresBae♥ is an independent service operated under the appdrop.io domain. It is not part of any AppDrop subscription, membership, or one-time payment product.

If you have any doubt about which product you are purchasing, please email info@appdrop.io before completing any payment. We are happy to clarify.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WheresBae♥ to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users or members of the public
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation without our written permission
• Circumvent or disable any security features

8. Intellectual property

The WheresBae♥ name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our express written permission.

You retain full ownership of any original content you post to your profile.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available or error-free
• Using the Service will result in romantic matches or connections
• Any particular number of people will scan your QR code

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WheresBae♥ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your public profile page will be deactivated and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google:

• Your Google account name and email address
• Your Google profile photo (if you choose to use it)
• A unique Google user ID used to identify your account

When you build your profile:

• Display name, age, gender, location (city level only)
• Bio text, interests, love language, and relationship goals
• Photos you choose to upload
• A contact email address you provide for strangers to reach you

When you order merch:

• Shipping name and address (collected by Whop, our payment processor)
• Payment information (handled entirely by Whop — we never see your card details)
• Order reference number

Automatically collected:

• Basic usage logs (pages visited, QR scan counts for your own profile)
• Device type and browser (for troubleshooting purposes)
• IP address (not linked to your profile, used only for security)

2. How we use your information

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service — displaying your public profile when someone scans your QR code
• To authenticate you — recognizing you when you log in to edit your profile
• To fulfill merch orders — passing your shipping address to our print-on-demand fulfillment partner
• To communicate with you — order confirmations, support replies, and important service updates
• To improve the Service — aggregate, anonymized analytics on how features are used
• To prevent abuse — detecting and preventing spam, fraud, or violations of our Terms

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build marketing profiles or sell your information to third parties.

3. Sharing your information

We share your data only in these limited circumstances:

• With the public — your profile page is publicly accessible to anyone who scans your QR code or visits your profile URL. You control all content on your profile.
• With Whop — our payment processor (Stripe). They receive your email and payment info to process your $80 CAD merch order. Stripe's own Privacy Policy applies to data they hold.
• With our print fulfillment partner (Printful) — your name and shipping address are shared solely to print and ship your order. They do not receive your profile data.
• With Firebase / Google — we use Firebase Authentication and Firestore (Google products) to store your account and profile data securely. Google's data processing terms apply.
• If required by law — we may disclose information if required to do so by a court order or applicable law.

We will never sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

4. Data storage & security

Your profile data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), with servers located in the United States. Firebase applies industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

Access to your profile data is restricted by Firebase Security Rules — only you (authenticated via Google) can edit your own profile. Public profile data is readable by anyone, as intended.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and profile will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data (e.g. total scan counts) may be retained indefinitely.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use minimal cookies — only those necessary to keep you logged in (session authentication cookies set by Firebase). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in to your account.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update or correct your profile data at any time from your profile editor
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from your profile settings, or by emailing us
• Portability — request an export of your profile data in a machine-readable format
• Withdrawal of consent — you can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time

For Canadian users, these rights are protected under PIPEDA. For EU users, under GDPR. For California users, under CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@appdrop.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

WheresBae♥ is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account immediately. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at info@appdrop.io.
